Hard Rain: Waterspout and the Statue of Liberty

A waterspout is a tornado that forms over water, drawing water up into a cup shape at its base. Climate change is predicted to increase the number and intensity of severe weather events, like waterspouts. Our government could curtail climate change, but climate change will also certainly affect our government and our national symbols.
